Josh Ufberg is a Partner and responsible for the Firm’s Corporate and Opportunistic Investing Strategies. Josh also oversees the Firm’s Equipment Leasing and Real Estate Teams. Prior to joining Atalaya, Josh was at Goldman Sachs, where he was a member of the Americas Special Situations Group, a multi-asset class business which invested Goldman’s capital in both the public markets and private transactions in distressed and special situations. Previously, he worked at Bernstein Investment Research and Management. Josh holds a BA from Pennsylvania State University and a JD from Villanova University. He has served on the boards of Urban Arts Partnership and the Jewish Community Project, and he currently serves on the board of The Natan Fund, a foundation where members collectively award grants to emerging initiatives and work actively with their leaders to help them succeed. Josh resides in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
