Jeff Fields is the President of Atalaya Leasing, Atalaya’s equipment backed investment strategy. Prior to joining Atalaya, Jeff was CEO of Chesswood Capital Management, a subsidiary of a publicly traded specialty finance company focused on equipment leasing. Previously, Jeff spent 22 years at RBC Capital Markets where he led multiple business units across asset classes and served as a member of the Global Markets Operating Committee. Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.
