Ms. Sabina Haq is Atalaya’s Chief Compliance Officer and is primarily responsible for administering the Firm’s regulatory compliance program. Prior to joining Atalaya, Ms. Haq served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at Siris Capital Group. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Haq worked for Hastings Funds Management, then a subsidiary of Westpac Institutional Bank, as Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel for its North American infrastructure business. Previously, she was a Compliance Officer with Citi Capital Advisors, working with its Structured Products business. Ms. Haq started her career on the legal and compliance team for the Rockefeller Family Office. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School and a B.Sc., Magna cum Laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
