Steven Bossi most recently was a managing director in External Investment Group (XIG) within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with responsibility for the global XIG Private Credit team. He was co-chair of the XIG Private Credit Investment Committee and served as a member of the XIG Public Co-Investments Investment Committee and XIG Hedge Fund Portfolio Construction Committee. Steven joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Steven worked at Deutsche Bank as global head and chief investment officer of the bank's Asset Management hedge fund-of-funds business. He also served as president of the Deutsche Bank Investment Managers and chair of the bank's Hedge Fund Investment Committee. Previously, Steven was deputy to the chief investment officer and head of research for fundamental and trading strategies. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Steven worked at Aetna Life & Casualty in the Private Finance Group before joining a family office as chief investment officer. Steven earned a BS from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
